After our initial online contact , and if you’re happy to move forward, I will send you the relevant paperwork to complete before your first session. This will include basic contact details, an overview of what you feel is your presenting issue/challenge, and my terms and conditions.

Sessions are 60 minutes long, which is an ideal timeframe to explore your challenges while minimizing emotional exhaustion.
Number of Sessions
I am here to support you during your journey, and the number of sessions can vary. The average is typically 10-16 sessions, but as the client, this is your process. Some individuals may feel they need only a few sessions, while others may want more. We will check in together at the start or end of each session to assess your progress and adjust the number of sessions as needed.
Cost
My current rate for a one-hour session is £40. We can discuss payment details during our first call.
